Not satisfied for any reason? Return within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original packaging or equivalent
- Unused or lightly used (if the product is defective)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@zevlona.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you paid via a digital wallet (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.), refunds are processed back to the same wallet.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damage or defect
We will resolve the issue promptly — typically within 2 business days of receiving your message.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no cost and cover any return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that show signs of misuse or damage not present on delivery
- Items with removed or tampered labels
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before fulfilment begins. To cancel, email hello@zevlona.com immediately with your order number. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — you would need to follow the return process above.
EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Rights Act, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires.
