Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g., major sales events), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information typically activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the provided number.

Where We Ship From
ZEVLONA products are fulfilled via our international logistics partner. Orders typically ship from our fulfilment centre in China and are carried by international courier services including but not limited to CJPacket, ePacket, and equivalent tracked services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For UK customers: most orders under the UK de minimis threshold (£135) clear customs duty-free. For Sweden (EU), VAT at the point of sale is included in our displayed prices where applicable under IOSS rules.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you — reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated time frame, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund, depending on the outcome.
Orders are considered lost after 30 days from the shipping date with no delivery update.
